I thought that maybe after selecting the printer to use, if I saved the document as a template, it would keep the printer setting. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to save the printer to be used with the document. I'm new to Word and my other word processor does that so... too bad, again.

Yeah, Word definitely has its own quirks. &nbsp;That one bugs me a bit everytime I use it. &nbsp;Oh well, what are you gonna do?? :)<br />

In MS Word 2007 is there still no way to designate an alternate printer for labels and/or envelopes? It just grabs the default printer and prints to it with no option to change any settings.
