Multiple Outlook clients on one Exchange mailbox

We have Exchange 2003 installed on our domain.  Our users all use Outlook 2003 as their email client.  One office wants to use multiple clients to access one Exchange mailbox at the same time.  Is this good or bad?  I am also receptive to any suggestions.

Does not matter really that is the beauty of Exchange.  It will keep track of it all for you.
No problems at all with having multiple clients accessing the same mailbox. The only issue you get is with logistics - how to work out who is dealing with messages etc. There is also the issue of how to manage the Send Items, depending on how you implement it.
