The user phone has two line appearences &nbsp;1) is her own &nbsp;2) is the operators so that she can pick that up if she is able to.<br />

A caller dials our main number which lights the second line appears (which is the operator extension flashes) &nbsp;on the users phone. the greeting allows a user input of &quot;0&quot; to leave a message with the operator. I have name recorded for the operator but when someone enters &quot;0&quot; the main greeting is again played without being able to leave a message..<br />

How can I configure unity so that when &quot;0&quot; is press it goes directly into the operator voice mail box..<br />

I have name recorded for the operator but when someone enters "0" the main greeting is again played without being able to leave a message..
