How to tell what OS a website is running?

I need to find out what OS server is running. It is a web hosting server that has many websites on it.
The IP is: 205.178.145.65

Is there way to tell?

Cool site, but doesn't provide the OS for the site in question: www.angelhealthcare.cc 205.178.145.65
IT shows the OS of the ISP from 2 years ago.
