Viewing 'Private' emails on other users mailbox

Is there a way to see Private marked emails if you add anothers mailbox additionaly to your own? Full Mailbox Rights doesnt do it cant think what else would.

if the user delegates you via outlook, then there is a small checkbox which says " can view private items"

Hmm also if i select the 'Can see my private items' once I apply and OK it. if i open delegates and go back into the properties its unticked, any ideas ?

Ah its sorted. there we delegates in AD which overwipe the Outlook ones once the OK button is pressed. All sorted now. Thanks mate !
