Is it fine to stop "Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Servers" services?

Hi,
I am thinking of stopping "Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Servers" services on my Server as it keeps on creating some temp big size temp file e.g. "Backup Exec AOFO Store".

Everytime I always have to restart the "Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Servers" services to clear up the temp file.

Any advise from anyone here?

"Backup Exec AOFO Store" folder will be created on the server whenever you are backing that server with the AOFO option selected within the job log.It does that to store the TEMP snapshot of the Volume that you are trying to backup. The TEMP cache file is deleted once the backup finishes
Turning the Remote Agent service off on the remote server will not allow you to complelety protect the server. If you do that on the Backup Exec server ,Backup Exec will not run :)
if you are having disk space issue ensure that you have the option to Process One Logical Volume at a time selected with in the JOB
JOB PROPERTIES>Advanced open file option.

Also take a look at the following article

Often the ANTI-VIRUS stops the file from being deleted after the backup finishes so ensure that u have the directory and the files mentione in the document above added to your ANTI-VIRUS exclusion list

Hi It seems that putting the directory into the exculsion list of my Anti Virus doesnt do the trick.
I am still getting a huge temp file for it.

any other solution?
