Is it fine to stop "Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Servers" services?
Hi,
I am thinking of stopping "Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Servers" services on my Server as it keeps on creating some temp big size temp file e.g. "Backup Exec AOFO Store".
Everytime I always have to restart the "Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Servers" services to clear up the temp file.
Any advise from anyone here?

The Backup Exec Advanced Open File Option cache file is not deleted when running Mcafee NetShield 4.5 on the system.

Often the ANTI-VIRUS stops the file from being deleted after the backup finishes so ensure that u have the directory and the files mentione in the document above added to your ANTI-VIRUS exclusion list
