Where is the Confirm Open After Download Registry Setting

Where is the Registry Key which determines if a POP UP box shows in IE when a user wants to download an xls file?

This is set in WIndows Explorer-> TOOLS->Folder Options-> File Types->Advanced  and it's the Check Box Confirm Open after Download.

Example for files associated with Winamp :

Option Ticked:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Winamp.File]
"EditFlags"=dword:00000000

Option Unticked:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Winamp.File]
"BrowserFlags"=dword:00000008

You have to do this on a file type basis.

Which version of Excel do you have ? 2003 ?
If you do, it should be : HKLM\Software\Classes\Excel.Sheet.8
