Where is the Confirm Open After Download Registry Setting

Where is the Registry Key which determines if a POP UP box shows in IE when a user wants to download an xls file?

This is set in WIndows Explorer-> TOOLS->Folder Options-> File Types->Advanced  and it's the Check Box Confirm Open after Download.

    You have to do this on a file type basis.

    I can't find it for Excel in my Registry

    Which version of Excel do you have ? 2003 ?
    If you do, it should be : HKLM\Software\Classes\Excel.Sheet.8

    I found it using RegMON
