Meeting Invitees replies going to wrong email

Admin assistant left company.
New Admin set up and given access to exec's calendar.

Creates meetings and when invitees reply, the email reply is sent to the old admin's email??

possibly the old admin was setup as a delegate in outlook
check if you can see the name in the list of delegates.
