Browse LDAP address book in Outlook Express

I want to be able to browse LDAP in Outlook Express the way you can in Microsoft Outlook 2003 and 2007. The find tool works but we need to be able to browse in Outlook Express. If this isnt possible is there another cheap solution where this is possible? i.e another mail program that we can use.

Hi
We've actually tried that.. I am sorry let me be a little more specific. We are running Windows XP and Server 2003. Most of our employees are running Office 2003 some 2007 but we have few employees  (14) that we just want to be able to have access to internal emails but will never use Word excel or anything else in their job. SO we set one of them up in Outlook Express and they recieved email fine. but they don't have easy access to an address book to send out email with having to manually type one in in every Pc and then when their is a change of employees have to go back in and change every one of those address books individually! With our "Outlook" employees we just use LDAP and they update as a group and they can get one address or 50. I just just not cost effective to buy Office for the other people. So what I am looking for is either a way to get LDAP in outlook Express or another email program that I can have a "shared" address book for them. Hope that explains it better! Sorry! Kevin
