Why cant i print from remote desktop to my home computer??

I am trying to print to my home printer from windows terminal desktop.  i have checked the box to share printers and i usually can with a different printer a d4100 but when i try to print to a laser jet 2200 it doesn't print.  it doesn't pull up the printer in the printer list and i have tried to add the printer manually but it still has not worked.  can somebody please help me with this issue???

Possibly because the Terminal Server hasn't got the drivers for the laserjet installed.

Yep you need to install the driver on your TS.

To be clear. Having the driver files on your TS isn't what's required. You need to actually register them on your TS, the quickest way to do this is to add the printer as a new printer on your TS.
Good luck!
