What error message do you get? . . Is the Zip drive recognized in Windows?  Can you read other files on the Zip disc? . . Have you checked to see if the disc is locked?

Make sure that the Iomega Guest.exe is running and has idenitified a drive letter for your Zip drive.  If you can't copy but can read files on the Zip post again.
The drive may have failed . . they are not very durable . . has it ever worked?

i do apologize ... didnot mention i'm trying to use it with ms-dos  . i have to use the dos system
to copy some data before i transfere everything to window.thnak you.
Is the drive recognized in the BIOS? . . why do you have to use DOS???
Guest will work in DOS, the floppy that comes with the Zip and the Parallel to SCSI connector should both support this provided your PC will run DOS.  What operating system is on the host PC?  If you have an NT based system you may need to think about using a virtual machine like Virtual PC 2007 to run DOS for you.
