This is a duplicate of the question at http:Q_22897919.html.  Together they violate the max points rule.

Experts please post in the original question.

Sorry, if this is an issue about uploading the file and not reading the Excel file then it is different.

NK9,

Thanks for the generous close.  I am especially greatful for the grade after the one in the last question. ;)  However I don't understand why you chose the comment you did or closed this.  Please reply and explain.

NK9,

Thanks for the reply.  Are you talking about this question or the question at http:Q_22890969.html ?

If this question then the reply doesn't explain why you accepted my comment.  It didn't seem to be one that would help with this issue.  Did any comment help with this?  If so which (you can use the ID)?  If nothing helped then why and what do you want done with this question?

If the reply was about the other question then you should've let us know that the comments didn't completely answer your question and even confused you.  We could've provided more info and help.  I know that I could've and even offered.  Your comment in that question even sounded like they did make sense and helped.

Closing the question and awarding everybody a B grade, especially with no explanation isn't really fair.  Keep in mind I am not trying to tell you how to grade or force you to change it.  I am trying to make sure that you get the best help possible from the experts here and make sure you know how to award that help properly.  Since no expert is paid the grade and Asker gratitude are some of the few ways we are "paid."  Members that don't seem to participate well or seem to grade "unfairly" will often be avoided by experts.  I definitely want you to get the most from this site.  Since you are new some of this might be unknown and new to you too.  It might help to look at the Help section of this site (http://www.experts-exchange.com/help.jsp) and for grading there is some good info at http://www.experts-exchange.com/help.jsp#hi73.

I hope this helps.  Let me know if you have a question about any of this.  You can also get help from Moderators and Zone Advisors by posting a question in General Community Support (http://www.experts-exchange.com/Community_Support/General/).  Since you seem to be a Premium Services member and paying for it then I know EE wants to make sure you get the help and value you need/want.  Properly used this site and its experts are a great tool and resource but you do need to use them "correctly" and the info in Help and the Member Agreement will help you learn about that.
