SBS R2 disk usage and inetinfo.exe 1584

I am running SBS R2 SP2 , Exchange SP2 and the disk usage is running at 100% all the time according to performance monitor. I am getting alerts stating inetinfo.exe process is allocating more memory than usual. The following services are hosted by this process: IISAdmin, POP3SVC, RESVC, and SMTPSVC.
When I run filemon.exe I see inetinfo.exe is writing and flushing data to the drive.
If I stop the previously listed services the drive usage drops.

A spammer was attacking the server was the real issue , but your solutions were plausible. Thanks for the input.
