Two of our XP clients have complained numerous times about having to reboot their PC's after their PC's freeze when they print. This problem started occurring after we upgraded their printer, and began pointing their PC's to a new print server. We have about a dozen other people printing to different printers around the company and I have yet to hear a complaint from anyone. To complicate things, this problem doesn't occur all the time, and to my knowledge, leaves no evidence in the event log as to why this is happening. Perhaps I'm not looking in the right direction, but I'd like to have some sort of explanation before I rebuild their PC's.
