i need a program to handout dhcp ip adddresses

i have a windows 2000 client machine, i need it to act as a DHCP server what program can i use and where do i get it

    I would recommend  it's very light weight.  It can do DHCP, TFTP, SNTP, an syslog.  This is what I use on my laptop when I'm out and need a quick tftp or dhcp server.  I use it all the time.   The logs are nice when troubleshooting cisco phones as well.

    This is also what Cisco Recommends using when you do anything with there routers or phones to update them.
