I'm looking for information regarding the Citrix ICA protocol and the RDP protocol.  I need to know exactly how each one is configured down to the packet level.  Primarily the header information.  Can anyone point me in the right direction of where I could find this information?

As you know these are closed source. The best place for RDP is for sure the RDesktop sources. Do a simple search on google and you will get it.
ICA and RDP are very similar if you know what I mean. Once you figure out RDP (based on your analysis of RDesktop) you will get the idea behind ICA... ;-)
