PL/SQL routine for calculating Modulo 37,2 check digit

I need to find a PL/SQL routine that can calculate a ISO/IEC 7064:2003 Modulo 37,2 check digit or at least a formula or stepwise description of how it is done so that I can write such a routine.

    algorithm is in, just convert it into pl/sql vrom pascal or c
