remove outlook from taskbar

does anyone know where i can find the option to remove outlook from the taskbar when minimized?  it's such a simple question, but i've had one hell of a time finding the option for that.

by the way, i'm using Outlook 2007

i can't believe that i've been searching everywhere for that while it was right in front of my face the whole time!!   the funny part is that i've changed that option on a few other machines before ...

by the way, the address you gave me only works if you take the "#2" off the end   :)
