I see my files there and my user folder there in C:\Documents and Settings\ but when try to I switch users, I am not able to switch to Administrator (the user that I use).

This morning when I started my machine, I was shocked to see that it was not the same machine. I could not see my Administrator User account in my machine while I log in and I logged into my mchine through an account that I never used to log in. Now the desktop is not the same, the programs that run on startup are not the same, my working environment is not the same and even my Email client needs to be configured and I cant see my previous mails. Please help me understand what went wrong and how can I rectify it.
