Publish shared folder in Citrix

I published a shared folder in Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 as a content. I am able to access the shared folder within the LAN via Citrix; however outside of the LAN, it says path cannot be found.

    Unless you're remote user is connecting through a VPN (and the file server can be fully resolved), you will not be able to access this share remotely.  If users are connecting through a VPN, you may have a name resolution issue (can they remotely ping the server and map to the UNC you are publishing as content?)  If users do not have VPN access or full access to that shared content, then you will want to publish the application iexplore.exe -e "\\server\share" (per this doc:
