Have you tried copying the DPO files from a working SBS server?

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

1: If NTDS folder is intact, recreate sysvol with DCGPOfix /target:both.
2: If you did not have customized GP's reinstall SBS Setup to restore all standard policies.
3: Just copy adm files from a working SBS. http://sbs.seandaniel.com/2005/04/extending-group-policy-yes-even-more.html
