I have one Exchange server 2003 with two domains (domain1.com and domain2.com). &nbsp;I need to move domain1.com to a 2007 exchange server, leaving domain2.com on the old 2003 exchange. &nbsp;I do not need to upgrade the old 2003 exchange server, I need to leave it alone but pull the domain1.com to a new 2007 exchange. &nbsp;<br />
1. Do I need to add the new 2007 exchange into the existing 2003 exchange.<br />
2. Can I do a compete standalone install of exchange 2007 and then import the mailboxes from domain1.com into this new exchange 2007, leaving the old 2003 exchange to manage the domain2.com mailboxes.
