How To Keep POP email out of Exchange Store

If I'm running Outlook 2007 and I set up one account in MS Exchange, All email from all my other POP email accounts that hits my inbox is saved in Exchange. I've set up a filter and a folder called "Personal Junkmail" that puts all the mail from these POP accounts into it but it still gets stored in Exchange filling up my server backups up with mail that I want to keep only on my local machine, but not in Exchange to be backed up.

I don't want all the email that I download from my varous POP email accounts to go into the Exchange store, just mail from my Single Exchange Email Account. What do I need to do to I set it up like that in Outlook 2007?

Setup a local PST file in Outlook.  Then create a rule to have email from those POP accounts delivered directly into a folder within the PST file.
