I am using SBS2003 on my server.  Lately, the internet has been extremely slow for all users and I want to see if there is a way for me to monitor which computer is taking up so much bandwidth.

Is there a way with SBS2003 to check this out?

If you have SBS2003 Premium you should have ISA Server install.

Wiht Isa server you can make monitoring of bandwith, Url Log etc.. etc...
