SBS default website permissions

After the install of SBS server we had some issues with permissions to the virtual web directories for external users.  Is there a way to reset these values?  Do I need to reinstall IIS?

Do not reinstall IIS without knowing what your getting yourself into, if you do uninstall it you will need to reinstall exchange also, and it is a royal pain in the neck, it would definatly be easier to do it manually.
