Is it possible to have a e-mail listing in the global address book in exchange 2003 be invisible?  We want to setup a e-mail account for outside people to send resumes to, but not have inside people see the e-mail address in the global address book.

    Accepted Solution

Certainly.  To do so, in the account's properties, under the Exchange Advanced tab, you can select the Hide from Global Address List checkbox and this will prevent that account from being displayed in the GAL.
