Outlook 2003 User gets "Mailbox Full" messages when Mailbox not remotely full

Environment: Windows 2003 x64, Exchange 2007
Client: XP Sp2, Outlook 2003

User gets "Mailbox folder is full" when doing send/receive but it allows her to send/receive email.  All restrictions have been removed from her account, but she still gets the message.  Any thoughts on this?  She is the only one... her mailbox is about 1.7GB, which would breach the default Exchange warning threshold.

in exchange system manager check the following:
organization/admin groups/1st admin group/servers/servername/storage group/mailbox store r click mailbox store click limits.....verify your limits here regarding your users mailbox sizes

also in aduc click the exchange general tab/storage limits to see what if any limits have been imposed on the user.

The limits are set at 7250000 and 7500000 respectively.  And the mailbox is only 1750000 in size...  I have the limits on the acct under the Server set at 10000000 to override the system default...

    Still no good...
