I have a Windows XP Professional with SP2 installed machine, running Symantec Antivirus ver. 10.1.6.6010. <br />
I have a problem trying to install the Virus Definitions from his parent Server.<br />

The definitions aren´t updated automatically via VDTM. When the upgrade is launched from the console the following message appears at the client log: &quot;Error: Install Virus Definition fail. 00000001&quot; <br />

We have succesfully installed a definition upgrade manually in hope of de-jam any process or corrupted file with no success. <br />

Any ideas are welcome.
