SAV Symantec Antivirus, virus definitions not been automatically updated from parent server

I have a Windows XP Professional with SP2 installed machine, running Symantec Antivirus ver.
I have a problem trying to install the Virus Definitions from his parent Server.

The definitions aren´t updated automatically via VDTM. When the upgrade is launched from the console the following message appears at the client log: "Error: Install Virus Definition fail. 00000001"

We have succesfully installed a definition upgrade manually in hope of de-jam any process or corrupted file with no success.

Any ideas are welcome.
