You can use Windows builtin command line tool called 'QUERY'
Click Start -> Run -> Cmd.exe -> OK

QUERY SESSION
or
QUERY SESSION /SERVER:servername

For more info:
QUERY /?

Hope this helps!

You can alos look at the document and settings and profile folders. Click on details. This will tell you when each profile has changed and that will tell you who logged in and what time.
