Using tablet PC pen to control scrolling in OneNote

I have a very long document that I am reading in OneNote, with the tablet PC flipped into tablet mode and therefore no keyboard or mouse.  The only input I'm using is my tablet PC pen.

It's a huge pain to scroll up and down in a document.  I have to tap and hold the pen on the tiny part of the screen where the down arrow is, if I miss and I'm a little to high the document scrolls all the way to the bottom.  There MUST be some better way of scrolling up and down in OneNote.

Can I use my pen to scroll up and down?  I could just put the pen on the screen and move it in the direction I want to scroll.  If that's not possible, there's got to be a better way to scroll through long documents!

Most tablet pcs ship with a little button that will allow scrolling (or more accurately, Page Up / Page Down).

The Toshiba Tecra M4 has a small silver 4-way button that does exactly this.

I would look at the available buttons on your tablet pc, and look at re-assigning one or more to Page Up / Page Down.

I review a lot of large documents as well, and I'm constantly cradling the tablet and clicking this little button.
