From Lotus Notes Inbox, create a new email, at the Body section,
Click from menu "Create", "Object", than "Microsoft Excel Worksheet", and click 'ok', you wil have the excel in lotus.

Hope this help.

Another way is to copy the actual cells of an existing spreadsheet, then go into a Notes email and use "Paste Special."  Microsoft Excel Worksheet is one of the choices.  This way, instead of simply being a *picture* of the table, it's an actual Excel table itself.  I personally love it when someone uses this option to send me info in table form, because the way they have it is never quite the way I want it.
