The given assembly name or codebase was invalid. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131047)

I'm not sure where to look to resolve this. If I double-click the errors (I have 4 of these) it takes me nowhere.  Now, I did include some assemblies fom Enterprise Library 3.5 for the first time in my project...but not even sure if it's that.  Do I need to modify my web.config for the Enterprise Library assemblies or maybe it's taking about something else.  It's hard to tell.  I have a feeling it has to do with missing items in my web.config but I could be completely off base.   I'm totally lost here.

I get this error after compiling my web project (which is in VS 2008 and is based on the .NET 3.5 framework)

I finally found one of the pages where this error is showing up.  I see it in one of my MasterPages.  So I tried deleting the MasterPage and readding a new one and then I get this error:

Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.VisualStudio.TemplateWizardInterface, Version=8.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies.  The located assembly's manifest destination does not matchthe assembly reference.

I did install the Guidance Package.  Didn't really build it or register it.  Should I?  How?  maybe that's the problem?
