How do I change the IP of an Exchange 2003 server.  I need to make it the same IP of my retired exchange 2000 server so that I do not have to make any changes to our PIX box firewall.  The PIX administrator is out of the office this week.

Just right click on Network Places and choose properties.  Then choose the NIC that you want to make the change on and right click it.  Then choose Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) then click properties.  Then change your IP address to the one you want.

Make sure that the other servers ip has been changed prior because if you make it the same and the server is still on the network it will cause a network conflict.
