Upgrade of QTP licenses from 8.2 to 9.2

I have received a request from my users for the upgrade.

Upgrade of QTP licenses from 8.2 to 9.2.

has anyone done this in there company.Do you have the idea on the upgrade.
Can anyone help with my Questions please...

    What ever you do, make a screenshot from the available licences BEFORE you do the upgrade.

    ah and, btw, the update should go smootly... If you can, try to run them concurrently on another server, and then just switch the LRHOST-parameter in your sys-config.

    Thanks for the response.
    Can i know if there is any other things that i need to remember.Is there a step by step procedure document some where.

    As you mentioned first install some where else and move the LRhost.Can i have some notes for this please..
