Visual c++ 2005 headers

I have a solution with two projects.In the first project I have a file called Authenticate.h.I have tried to include this file in my second project and I have received the following error.

Fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: ' Authenticate.h' : No such file or directory.

How can I resolve this error?Thank you.

Is the file actually in the directory for project2 ?

If not you will need to provide the path eg.
#include "..\Proj1\authenticate.h"

Also in project settings you can specify additional folders to locate header files.
