File \Win32\a320raid.sys caused an unexpected error (528) at line 2335 in d:\srvrtm\base\boot\setup\oemdisk.c.

I want to install Server 2003 Standard 32 Bit on a Intel Server Board SE7210TP1-E with 2 SATA drives, Mirrored using the onboard RAID controller.

RAID Array is newly created after both drives were formatted.

Usinf F6 when setup screen starts I select the additional mass storage driver for "Adaptec Host Raid U320 Ver 1.02 for Windows 2000/XP/2003.

The error is displayed after that - "File \Win32\a320raid.sys caused an unexpected error (528) at line 2335 in d:\srvrtm\base\boot\setup\oemdisk.c."

Try installing without using F6.  Some onboard SATA controllers are presented to Windows as normal controllers.

After the OS is installed, then you can attempt to upgrade the drivers.

Advise.
