I would like to see how my website looks to visitors from different countries / states
Hi,
I'm looking for a way to browse the web through proxies in different countries / states (US, UK, Canada etc). I made some country based features in my website (IP detection) and I want to make sure they all work well.
Do you know of any proxies I can use to simulate different countries / states / cities?
Thanks, assaf

Your website is going to look the same regardless of geographic location. If you want to ensure compatibility for other users you should check your website in various web browsers (IE 6, 7, Firefox, and Opera to name a few)

Hi,
Maybe i didn't explain myself well: in my code, I detect the visitor's country by its ip, and accordingly, I show different content. In order to test that it all works well, I would like to see how my website looks like to visitors from different countries. That's why I need proxies from different countries.
Any idea? Thanks, Assaf

I'd use some of the (already provided) proxy lists.
If you use tor, then you most likely end up with an us, ru, cn, de end point,
If you use jap you most likely end up with a de endpoint.
Most other proxies might be us.

Hi,
Have you guys tried to browse through the proxies listed on those websites above? They seem to be extremely slow or not working at all (or am i missing anything?)
Thanks, Assaf
