Windows server 2000 merge partition using Partition commander

I was wondering If I could use "Partition Commander 10" to merge a Windows server 2000 OS  Partition? Tthere is a 4GB where windows is installed and 40 gig with nothing in it and i would like to merge the space  because im running out ofspace on the C: Partition.

    I never try Partition Commander 10, it should be able to merge the partition, but, if you don't have anything on the 40gig partition, why don't you just delete it, and grow the c: partition ?

    I just took a look and Partition Commander, and I don't think it will work on Windows Server version, you may whant to look at a software like Paragorn or Acronis
