Unable to delete Outlook Exchange account

I installed Office 2007 on Vista Ultimate. I tried to configure outlook with our exchange server but it doesnt connect (we usually use internet email since we are at a different location than the server). Now, im trying to remove the account from Outlook but it wont let me. I've tried uninstalling outlook, finishing by removing the appropriate keys from the registry but each time i re-install it, the accounts are still there. (I also removed all the outlook files from the Appdata folders, etc...

Help! I'm this close to re installing Vista and starting over!

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I'n not familiar with vista but in XP I would check Control Panel -- > Mail and delete the profile from there.

Is this the key you deleted in the registry?

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows
