Printing email result in: "Outlook must be online or connected......"

When I try to print an email message I get the error "Outlook must be online or connected ......"

SBS2003 (using Exchange)

Bottom right of Outlook shows as connected?

Yes, outlook is connected with Exchange, but when I print the email message the balloon apears with the message "Outlook must be online or connected ......" and it doesn't print.

How long has this been happening? What changes have been made recently? Are you able to send/receive emails?

Everything works ok. Sending ans receiving emails, printing in all other applications. Only printing in Outlook result in the error as mentioned.

Problem was caused by a missing offline address lists in Exchange!
