Internet Explorer generating error when accessing a web page

Brand new Dell Latitude D630 Laptop
Windows XP Pro, SP2
IE7

Whenever this user tries to access tha http://www.blackberry.com web site, IE7 generates an error.
They can go to other web sites but , at the moment, this website always gives an error.

I have looked at the Event Viewer Logs.   Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Here is some output from them:

are there any addins for IE? right click the IE shorcut and select run without addins.  try the webpage like that.

addins and active x controls hook to that dll and it appears that the blackberry page very well could have both.

do you have google desktop?  if so disable the Web History checkbox in Google Desktop indexing options.
