Symantec Corporate Edition showing invalid group membership for workstations

I was checking our server this morning and all of the workstations in the group created for Symantec for some unknown reason were showing up as part of an invalid group.

When I re-checked it later through an RDP session everything looked OK. Is there some reason as to why this would happen as I have not seen this warning before?

Hi,

You should have checked to which group those workstations belong. This would give you a clue about the issue.

They all belong to the same primary group, under the server used for administering Symantec Anti-virus as well as pushing out the new definitions.

For each primary group you can define sub-groups. This is what I meant.
