I would like to set up a calendar or calendar view which would give me an overview of everyone calendar appointments in one view.  Is there a way that this can be setup in either Exchange or Outlook.

Thanks for your help.

The most that you can do is add the calendars so that they are displayed next to each other. If that is not what you want them you will have to look at third party software. Check out Look from Symprex.
