I have Exchange 2003 server running. User_a needs to check his email when he is away, but unable to check through OWA via WAP. But his device is able to check Internet email service from his cell phone supplier. If I can forward a copy of every email on Exchange server to his Internet email account, then the problem is solved.
Q#1. How to configure Exchange to forward a copy of email to external mailbox upon arrival?
Q#2. Any other ways to get around?
Thanks a lot.
