delphi pitch modify

I am looking for a delphi source/component to allow me changing the voice while speaking to microphone (a kind of real time voice changer for a chat application or MSN for instance)
Any start point ?

    Hi Varek.

    Try this :

    The DSMixer component manages playback of audio files enabling :
    per channel control of volume, pan, pitch, fading and also access to each channel's audio data in PCM format while playing.
