Installing the SMS Upgrade web download version directly onto a computer running Windows Vista will result in the error, Not enough storage is available to process the command.
WORKAROUND:   Run the downloaded executable with the /X option to extract the files to a directory, and then navigate to ..\ smssetup\bin\i386 in the extracted directory and run the following command:
    setup /upgrade /nobackground
    LVL 1
