Envelopes jamming

We have the HP 7310 all in one printer installed and has been working great for 2 years.  We print alot of envelopes.  A few days ago the thing started jamming when taking in envelopes to print.  It will print for a while and then jam.

Is there anything I can do to clean the wheels for example?

Any ideas at all?

I have heard that there are ink jet cleaning kits...

You can clean the tyres with Isopropyl alcohol, but the chances are that they are worn smooth and need replacing, or that the rubber has hardened and is slipping, or if there is a separation pad beneath the feed roller, that might have worn out.
Depends what you mean by "a lot" the maximum duty cycle of this printer is 5000 per month, meaning the monthly  average should be about 3500, but feeding envelopes will reduce that by up to 50%
