IBM's education assistant is a reasonable place to start.
http://IBM.com/software/info/education/assistant/
On that page, you will find a link to "WebSphere software"

For certification, you will need this link:
  http://IBM.com/certify/index.shtml
On that page, take a look at the "Certification by Product" link
On that page, you will find a "IBM WebSphere" link.
That page has good information about the various "levels" of certification, including Roadmaps.

Unless your job specifically requires 5.0 Certification, I wouldn't spend too much time on it.  Version 5.1 is almost out of service.  It would be much better to spend your time with 6.1 and possibly 6.0 certification.

Good luck
