Error message:  CardReaderLookup Window,  not responding, end program

Nearly everytime I shut down my laptop I get that message and the PC will not turn off until I "end program".

What is that and how can I fix this?

    I see.  I have a print in one USB and a wireless mouse in another.  So it isn't serious, just annoying.  I support the best thing to do is click "end now" and live a good life.
