Uninstall pst backup when it does not show up in the Windows uninstaller?

I installed the Outlook pst backup for one account on a Windows XP machine and deleted the account without doing an uninstall.  I need to install it for a new account on the machine and it will not install because it says that it is already installed and I need to uninstall it using the Windows uninstaller.  It does not show up there.  I looked in the registry for any obvious tags and did not find any.

    Hello ldschumacher,

Where did you look for the uninstaller?

       1. In Control Panel, click Add or Remove Programs.
       2. In the list of programs on the Install/Uninstall tab, find Microsoft Outlook Personal Folders Backup, and then select it.
       3. Click Change/Remove.
       4. Confirm that you are certain you want to uninstall this software by clicking Yes.

If no joy, use the Windows Installer Cleaner Utility to uninstall Oultook PST Backup

    Hope this helps!
